Bex is a "spiritual gypsy" a natural empath, intuitive and clairvoyant as a child she was very connected with the world of spirit, even practising 'cosmic ordering' at age 6 (Yes -She still believes wishes really CAN come true!). But, like many she dulled that connection during her teens in a bid to 'fit in'; and instead pursued these interests in the form of studying everything esoteric from Crystals, to Aromatherapy, Angels to Pagan Beliefs, to Yoga and Pamistry, Law of attraction and Moon Cycles. Pretty much every subject metaphysical under the sun (& Moon!)

 

Acutely aware of the stressful environment we live in and the effect that it has not only on our mental health, but our physical health too; her holistic approach aims to treat you on a spiritual level, listening to your needs, and a physical level to be truly holistically healthy. She gives you back some of that precious 'you time', and create a sacred space in your own home where you can relax and enjoy whatever treatment you have chosen.
